Friendly staff, great service, cosy and quiet room, lovely view of the Dolomite peaks, lovely spa, excellent hotel dinner with choices.

Spent an amazing Easter weekend here! Loved the friendly staff who were always willing to help and make my stay enjoyable. The spa was definitely the best part of the hotel. The different treatments on offer made for a truly relaxing experience. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains which made for stunning walks.

The cleanliness of the room was a bit disappointing. The towels had stains that had not been removed and the sheets were not as fresh smelling as they should be.

Very obviously a family owned and operated hotel, with wonderful attentive staff. We were given fantastic service, and the staff/owners took great interest in our comfort and well-being. We were very well looked after, and the rooms, food, location, services were all first-class. Special thanks to Isabella :)

Isabella, who is one of the ownership family, is one of the nicest people we've ever met in our 23 European vacation trips. We were late arriving (about 8:30 P.M.), and she called us on our cell to direct us to the hotel (it's off the town's main street). She then waited outside for our arrival. Dinner at the hotel was excellent. All service staff were very professional. The ownership family has been upgrading the property for the last several years, and the result is a thoroughly beautiful yet unique facility. This hotel became one of our instant favorites.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel nestled in a beautiful area in the mountains. The location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the Dolomite peaks from my cosy and quiet room. The staff here were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. They even went out of their way to accommodate my request for a room with a balcony, perfect for my photography hobby. The spa was a highlight of my stay, offering a variety of treatments and a relaxing atmosphere. The dinner at the hotel's restaurant was exceptional, with a delicious set menu and a surprise extra starter of steak tartare. The wines available by the glass were a great addition to the meal.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

I loved the central location of this hotel, surrounded by breathtakingly beautiful mountains. The hotel facilities were top-notch including a lovely spa. Transportation was easy with a ski bus stop right outside, and there was free parking available. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was the best I've had, with a wide selection of tasty choices.

Everything was spot on.

The location of the hotel was great, with the ski bus pick up just a short walk away. It was right in the centre of town, surrounded by stunning mountains. the room was comfortable, but the bathroom could have been cleaner. the service was good, and the breakfast was decent. the spa was very relaxing with excellent facilities. the hotel had a cozy atmosphere and a family vibe.

The restaurant was a bit disappointing and didn't meet our expectations.

Spa and food were good. Location was convenient for skiing and shopping.

Christmas experience was not good. the hotel was poorly decorated for the holiday, with not even a tree or wreath visible in the lobby or common areas.
